Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026We do not ask you for personal information. There is no sign-up, no newsletter you must join, and no form you must fill in to read anything on this site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: none is required. If you email us voluntarily, we receive whatever you choose to send and use it only to reply.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use analytics and advertising services that collect standard technical data — approximate location (usually country or region), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally by us.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for three purposes:
- Essential: to remember your cookie choice so we don't ask again.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand which pages are useful and where people get lost.
- Advertising: Google AdSense and its partners, which may use cookies to serve advertising, including personalized advertising where you have allowed it.
3. Your choices
When you first visit, you are shown a notice with two options: accept all cookies, or essential only. Where required by law — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — analytics and advertising cookies are disabled by default until you consent.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
4. Third-party services
Google Analytics. Used for aggregate traffic measurement. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and read more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating vendors at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not build marketing profiles about you.
- We do not require an account or an email address to read anything.
- We do not pass your details to insurers, brokers, or lead buyers — we have no relationship with any of them.
6. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
Non-essential cookies are not set until you consent. You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since we hold almost no personal data, most requests will simply be a matter of clearing cookies — but you can contact us and we will respond.
7. If you are in California
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To limit advertising-related sharing, choose “Essential only” in our cookie notice.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
11. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: see our contact page.
